Hangry Ghost – Trick or Treat? 👻

Before trick or treat season, Hangry Ghost has prepared a whole range of healthier dishes to indulge just before we dig into those halloween candy’s on Oct 31st.

 

We all know them for their famous burgers, but they have been serving healthy poke salads for some time now, and they are absolutely to die for 💀 (Halloween pun intended). 

You have a choice of three bases for the poke salads, Sushi Rice, Mix Quinoa or Mix Salad. You then choose your protein, you can even mix and match, I usually get Salmon & Tuna, see pic. Then choose your sauce, Asian or Teriyaki Vinaigrette and any other extra toppings apart from the 7 that are already included.  The combinations of these salads are unlimited.

Loco bowls

Now joining these poke bowls, are the new Loco Bowls. Three to choose from. These are freshly backed proteins on a bed of beluga lentil salad with beetroot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mint & coriander, basmati rice with turmeric, carrot, olive oil, onion, cumin & coriander seeds, grated carrot, boiled broccoli and 1 of 3 sauces to choose from. Garlic free tahini, Raita yogurt sauce or Lemon oil dressing. See images below.

Fit Burger

Last but not least of the plethora of healthier options at hangry Ghost is the Fit Burger!

150gr Chicken minced patty, soy honey glaze, carrot & ginger slaw, red cabbage, cucumber, mix sesame, wakame, lettuce, in a whole-grain brioche bun. 

What a great alternative for those lunchtime munchies at home or at the office that will let you satisfied and not bloated to get back to your daily routine.

I’m saving my sweet tooth cravings for this years Halloween weekend, as a 🧟‍♂️ hangry monster told me they are preparing a special treat, just walk in to the new store downtown Nicosia and say “Trick or Treat” and you’ll be in for a pleasant surprise (keep an 👁️ on my instagram stories for more)
