Wouldn’t be summer without a Black Angus Ribeye Steak Platter that will leave your friends wanting more.
So I purchased from Foodhaus Stores
2 x 320gr Black Anger Ribeye Steaks
1 bag of sweet potato fries
1 frozen chopped parsley for the chimichuri sauce, or 1 @epicspicenapavalley Chimichuri tin.
Bring you steaks to room temp before putting them on the BBQ. Just add salt & pepper. I used the premium #maldonseasalt
Cook steak 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Longer if desired.
Place your sweet potato fries on some baking paper and place in oven for approximately 30min.
Prepare your Chimichuri sauce by either using chopped parsley with oil, red pepper, garlic and blend. Alternatively you can use the Chimichuri Spicw from @epicspicenapavalley and just add oil and stir.
Plate it on a nice wooden plank and watch it disappear
